Part 1: The Human Version (TL;DR)

Because life is too short for 50 pages of legalese.

  • No Actual Peppers: Despite our name, HotSpicyRomance.com is a fiction blog. We do not sell hot sauce, spices, or cooking supplies. If your mouth is burning, you’re in the wrong place. If your heart is racing, you’re in the right one.
  • Adults Only: You must be 18 or older to be here. Our stories are for grown-ups.
  • Don’t Steal: We own the stories. You can read them and share links, but you cannot copy, republish, or sell them.
  • No AI/Bots: Our stories are written by humans with real feelings. You are strictly forbidden from using bots, scrapers, or AI to “harvest” our content or train any machine learning models on our work.
  • The “Internet Happens” Rule: If the site goes down or a link is broken, we aren’t liable. Our total legal liability is capped at $100.
  • Privacy: We don’t sell your data. We hate spam more than bad dialogue.

You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit. Claims must be filed within one (1) year.
